Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Hanne Midtgaards Art (Hanne Midtgaard, Denmark — contact details are on the Contact page). Prices and payment — All prices are in euros (EUR). Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, a secure payment provider. A painting is reserved for you once your payment is confirmed. Shipping — Shipping is not included in the price. After your purchase you will be contacted personally to agree the shipping method and cost to your country. Paintings are packed carefully and sent with tracking. Right of withdrawal — As an EU consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting, without giving a reason. Contact us within those 14 days; return shipping is at your own cost and the painting must arrive back in its original condition. Your payment is refunded within 14 days of the painting's safe return. Damage in transit — If a painting arrives damaged, get in touch within 7 days with photos and we will find a solution together. Governing law — Danish law applies. EU consumers also keep any mandatory rights of their home country.
